Booking & Payment

All U Whitening appointments require full payment at the time of booking. This allows us to reserve your appointment time, reduce missed appointments, and offer flexible payment options including Shop Pay Installments and other eligible Buy Now, Pay Later services.

Candidate Assessment

Professional teeth whitening is not suitable for everyone. Your provider will complete a consultation before treatment to determine whether you are an appropriate candidate.

If we determine that whitening is not appropriate for you before treatment begins, your payment will be refunded to your original method of payment. Refunds typically appear within 2–3 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Appointment Changes

We kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule your appointment. As appointment times are reserved specifically for you, appointments are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, your payment will be applied as a credit toward a future appointment. You may reschedule to the next available appointment that works for your schedule.

Cosmetic Services Only

U Whitening provides cosmetic teeth whitening and cosmetic tooth gem services only. Our services are intended to improve the appearance of your smile and are not dental treatment, not healthcare services, and not a substitute for examination, diagnosis, or treatment by a dentist or other regulated oral healthcare provider.

If you are experiencing tooth pain, cavities, swelling, bleeding gums, trauma, or any other oral health concern, we recommend scheduling an appointment with your dentist before pursuing cosmetic whitening.

Results

Whitening results vary from person to person. The number of shades achieved depends on many factors including the type and severity of staining, enamel characteristics, existing restorations, lifestyle habits, and individual response to the whitening process. No specific shade improvement can be guaranteed.
