Founder | Whitening Specialist | DA II
Rachel founded U Whitening in 2019 with one goal: to make professional teeth whitening more comfortable, affordable, and accessible.
After beginning her career in dentistry in 2015, she recognized that cosmetic whitening was often expensive, uncomfortable, and surrounded by misinformation. That inspired her to build a studio focused on evidence-based whitening, exceptional client care, and natural-looking results.
Today, Rachel is a x3 founder and even speaks on stages throughout North America educating the dental industry on whitening system protocols.
Fun Fact: Rachel comes from a family rooted in dentistry. Her grandfather, Dr. John V. Harrison, was a respected dentist serving the Trenton and Prince Edward County communities.
Amy
Whitening Specialist | DA II
Amy is a local dental assistant in the bay of quinte region. Holding over years 20 in the industry, she brings experience of understanding how tooth stain absorbs and how to guide for your ultimate natural shade.
Known for her warm personality and gentle approach, Amy takes the time to ensure every appointment is comfortable, relaxing, and tailored to each client's goals.
Fun Fact: Outside the studio, Amy is a proud mom of four and enjoys spending time with her family and can be found at national horse and cattle shows!
Rhonda
Whitening Specialist | DA II
Rhonda has proudly served the local dental community for over 30 years, building a reputation for compassionate care and helping patients feel at ease. She believes every client deserves to fully understand their treatment options and never hesitate to ask questions.
With decades of experience in dentistry, Rhonda has seen whitening techniques evolve over the years and values U Whitening's science-backed approach to achieving brighter smiles safely and comfortably. Her calm, friendly personality helps every client feel welcome from the moment they walk through the door.
Fun Fact: Outside the clinic, Rhonda enjoys spending time with her family and embracing everything the Bay of Quinte community has to offer (especially her cottage!)
Lizzy
Product Specialist | Social Media
Lizzy joined U Whitening from Kitchener, Ontario, but has family roots right here in the Bay of Quinte. With a background in customer service and operations, she helps keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes, from managing our e-commerce orders to creating the social media content our community loves.
When she's not helping pack orders or assisting with day-to-day operations, you'll usually find her behind the camera filming videos, capturing behind-the-scenes moments, or dreaming up the next social post. If you found U Whitening through Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook, there's a good chance you've already met Lizzy's creativity!
