Standard shipping times are displayed at checkout and should be used as an estimate only.

Please note:

  • If purchasing from our Cocofloss Collection, shipping may take longer than standard times.

  • If you require an item urgently, please contact us directly before placing your order.

We ship via Canada Post and occasionally UPS, depending on service availability and location.

Important Shipping Information:

  • Once your order has been handed over to the courier, U Whitening is not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed packages.

  • Privacy laws prevent direct address visibility during shipment tracking.
    Please contact the courier directly for detailed inquiries.

  • Your tracking link is automatically emailed to you once your order ships.
