U Whitening Return & Refund Policy

Online Products:

At U Whitening, we prioritize hygiene, safety, and product integrity. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Why We Do Not Accept Returns:

✔️ Hygiene & Safety: Our products are classified as personal-use oral care items and cannot be resold once opened or handled.
✔️ Product Integrity: To ensure our customers always receive fresh, high-quality whitening products, we do not restock or resell returned items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

We stand by the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at smile@uwhitening.ca within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will assess and provide a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or store credit.

Cancellations & Order Changes:

  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been placed.
  • Please double-check your order details before completing checkout.

Due to the genetics of the natural tooth structure, NO results can be guaranteed. We honour to use the best technology and gel to amplify success but some tooth structures may not lighten.
