U Whitening Return & Refund Policy

Online Products:

At U Whitening, we prioritize hygiene, safety, and product integrity. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Why We Do Not Accept Returns:

✔️ Hygiene & Safety: Our products are classified as personal-use oral care items and cannot be resold once opened or handled.
✔️ Product Integrity: To ensure our customers always receive fresh, high-quality whitening products, we do not restock or resell returned items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

We stand by the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at smile@uwhitening.ca within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will assess and provide a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or store credit.

Cancellations & Order Changes:

  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been placed.
  • Please double-check your order details before completing checkout.

In Person Services: 

Due to the genetics of the natural tooth structure, NO results can be guaranteed. We honour to use the best technology and gel to amplify success but some tooth structures may not lighten.

Teeth Whitening Solo Sessions Belleville

Regular Session

Our regular whitening session is ideal for clients with minimal to light staining. This option is perfect for those who have recently had a dental hygiene cleaning and do not consume large amounts of staining items daily.

Examples of staining consumption include:

  • Coffee
  • Tea
  • Red wine
  • Vaping
  • Smoking
  • Marijuana
  • Berries
  • Matcha
  • Curry spices

If you consume the above daily in large amounts, you may have more than minimal stain buildup and could benefit from a session + take home kit or a return visit in 4-6 weeks.

Duration: 60 minutes in studio

Includes: Chairside appointment and smile bright bag (lip chap, stain-x exfoliant mini, whitening mouthwash mini, vitamin ea oil, bamboo toothbrush & take home whitening pen)

Shade lift:4-12 shades (In chair session only) or 4-20 shades (if adding a take home kit + )

Bestie Session

Perfect for friends, family or couples!

Ideal for individuals with either light or dark staining, this session allows you and your favourite person to whiten together at the same time.

Duration: 60 minutes in studio
